Happy Summer! I’m rocking tank tops, short shorts and flowing dresses (not at the same time), all because the weather allows. My summer agenda includes picnics under a big shady tree in Central Park, bike rides along the Hudson and cool watermelon agua frescas on the beach. And I can’t forget the cookouts!
Last month I wrote an article for the yoga lover’s website, Alignyo, about how to make summer cookouts/BBQs healthier. Gone are the days of koolaid, hot dogs and potato chips. For the ultimate cookout, free of indigestion and heart burn, we super foodies are celebrating the season with icecold kombucha, grilled fruit and better burgers.
