Watermelon smoothie, Manna bread toast with coconut oil and jam, beet green pesto pilaf, and colorful vegan sushi, OH, and let me not forget vegan ice cream! These are all the delicious goodies I ate this Wednesday. My whole food vegan diet keeps me nourished, energized, at my ideal weight, and satisfied at every meal. Yeah, it’s pretty awesome 😉

Watermelon Smoothie

By: Jenné
This one is super duper easy! It's also a great way to use up watermelon that has a weird texture. If the texture is "peffy" – as my Nana calls it, freeze it before blending.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 minute
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 2 cups Juan Canary melon, or any other kind, chopped

Instructions

  • Blend melon until smooth!

  1. Hi jenne I have a question its more a fitness and nutrition let me just say that I’ve been plant based now for over 7 months and I love it and I workout 5 days a week but when becoming vegan I wanted to try a lot of junk food that I had never had before and and I gained about 5 pounds so I decided that I wanted to try some hard core workouts and I’ve been getting results I’ve already lost the five pounds but the portions on the work out plan are not much and I stay hungry most of the times and I wanted to know what you think about it the workout it’s called insanity max30 I’ve been adjusting most of the food to fit my plant based life style because the plan is very animal heavy but I don’t eat like that so I just wanted to know do I just keep follow the program the meals are counted in containers my plan its 3 veggies(x3-1cup) 2 fruits(x2-1cup) carbs(1/2cup x2) healthy fats1/4cup 2(tsp) nut butters 2 tbs for dressings or seeds based on my weight
