Banana Cardamom Smoothie

Throw some espresso beans in there to add a caffeine kick to this liquid goodness!
Serves: 2
  • 2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup soy milk (or another non-dairy milk)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp espresso beans (optional)
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
