  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Stir together the tahini and maple syrup in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir well until you have a sticky batter.
  4. Dampen your hands and form into flattened cookie shapes, about 3 tablespoons of batter per cookie.
  5. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, and cool before enjoying.
