Serves: ½ cup
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar, or Pompeian Organic Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or shallow
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Place ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Or place ingredients into a jar with a lid, and shake until creamy.
