Balsamic Marinated Tempeh | How to Make Salad Amazing

For the best flavor let the tempeh sit in the balsamic marinade overnight, or at least 1 hour.
Serves: 2-4
  • 1 pack of tempeh, cubed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Pompeian Organic Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
  • Pompeian Grapeseed Oil Spray
  1. In small bowl mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, garlic, and chili powder.
  2. Add the cubed tempeh, and stir well to coat. Allow the tempeh to marinate for at least one hour. Best if marinated overnight.
  3. Warm a skillet or frying pan, and grease with Grapeseed Oil Spray.
  4. Add the drained tempeh, and cook for 5-10 minutes, until browned on all sides.
