Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1½ cup non-dairy milk (I use coconut milk)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup nuts (I use walnuts)
  • 2-3 dates*
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • optional: handful of kale
  • optional: shredded coconut for garnish
*Dates blend best when they are soaked in water for a few hours.
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Pour into your favorite glass, top with coconut if using and enjoy!
