Chickpea Avocado Mash on Toast

Serves: 2
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 celery stock, chopped
  • 1 tbsp green onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp ume vinegar
  • 4 slices of sprouted bread, toasted
  1. Mash ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, or pulse to combine in a food processor.
  2. Serve on toast.
