Vegan Tzatziki Sauce | Cooling & Versatile Cucumber Sauce

Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 cucumber, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup Califia Farms non-dairy plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  1. Put the shredded cucumber between two paper towels (or inside of a nut bag), and squeeze the excess water out.
  2. Place the drier cucumber into a bowl, and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir well, and season to taste with more salt if needed.
  4. Serve immediately, or allow it to marinate for about 1 hour before serving for even better flavor.
  5. This vegan tzatziki will stay fresh for 3-5 days, and the flavor becomes better each day.
