Serves: 4-6
  • 1 ½ cups white Jasmine rice, thoroughly rinsed
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • ½ cup water (1 cup if making stove-top)
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Place all ingredients into the Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
  2. Allow it to natural pressure release before opening. Fluff with a fork.
Stove-top instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a pot, and stir.
  2. Bring to a simmer, and cook with the lid slightly ajar for 20 minutes, until tender.
