Notes
Want to drink it right away?
The best sangria has a chance to sit overnight so the flavors can blend and balance. If you don't have time, and need to drink it right away (or within an hour), muddle the fresh fruit with the brandy and simple syrup before adding the white wine. Enjoy it right away, or let it chill for an hour before serving.
Non-alcohol version
Use non-alcoholic wine instead of normal pinot grigio. Or replace the wine with sparkling water, or ginger ale (will be sweeter).
