5cupsof romaine lettuceor kale, spinach, mixed greens, red cabbage...
½cupblack beans
¼cupSuperSeedz pumpkin seedsI used Somewhat Spicy here
dressing:
3tbspyellow or dijon mustard
3tbspapple cider vinegar
2tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Place greens in a large bowl. Pour half of the dressing over them, and massage to coat well. Add the black beans and pumpkin seeds plus any additions (suggestions below), and enjoy!
