I love this day. I love the heat, the fireworks, the music, the mischief, the patriotism, the fresh produce, the cookouts. And did I mention the fireworks! My heart soars when I see fireworks!

I’ve been making green-free smoothies a lot lately. They have replaced my usual snacks (nuts and dried fruit), and help to keep my hydrated. These smoothies are super easy to make and crazy delicious. They’re also very healthy. The perfect refreshment for your summer holiday!
