A free monthly cooking club to get you inspired and cookin’. Complete with exciting monthly prizes, and cooking classes! Here’s how it works: Each month I will choose a seasonal recipe from Sweet Potato Soul. You’ll make it, leave a rating and comment on the post, email me a photo of the dish, and be entered into a giveaway. At the end of the month two winners will receive a $100 gift card! And that’s not it: Everyone who participates is invited to a live streamed cooking class with me every month 👩🏾🍳

Crispy Air Fryer Tofu
I make this super crispy air fryer tofu recipe at least twice a week. It’s super easy to make, full of protein, inexpensive, and versatile. It’s delicious with noodles, stir fries, curries, and tacos.

- Make the Recipe-of-the-month. This month we’re making Air Fryer Tofu.

- Send a photo of the dish to cookingclub@sweetpotatosoul.com by the last day of the month. A simple picture taken on your phone is perfect. Feel free to post to social media and tag @sweetpotatosoul too!
