Ingredients

broccoli crowns
chopped

cups
brussels sprouts
diced

large zucchini
sliced

cups
mushrooms
sliced

tablespoons
oil

sea salt

fresh black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place the vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes.
