Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Use a fork to poke holes in the sweet potato. About 3-4 pokes should do.
  • Coat the potato with oil.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
