Notes
Recipe Pro-Tips:
Ounce to Tablespoons Conversion: If you don't have a cocktail jigger, just measure the ingredients with measuring spoons or cups.
1 ounce = 2 tablespoons
2 ounces = 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
4 ounces = 1/2 cup
Carefully add ice to the glasses. Scoop or drop the ice into the center of the rimmed cups to keep from knocking the salt from the rim.
Alternative: Rim with a lemon wedge. Instead of dipping the rim in lemon juice, you can cut a slit in a lemon wedge before running it around it.
Chill the cocktail glasses. Keep your drink cool for longer by adding the glasses to the freezer for 15-30 minutes after rimming them.
Shake until frosty. Vigorously shake the pomegranate cocktails until the outside of the cocktail shaker is cold and frosty.
