Ingredients

broccoli crowns
chopped
4
cups
brussels sprouts
diced
1
large zucchini
sliced
2-3
cups
mushrooms
sliced
2-3
tablespoons
oil
1/2-1

sea salt

tsp
fresh black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place the vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes.
