Beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes… they’re all going on the table this year! Planning a tasty vegan meal doesn’t have to and shouldn’t be stressful. That’s why I put this ultimate guide together for you; scroll through and pick the meals you want to make for your guests. I’ve created the recipes for you! I have plenty of resources on my YouTube channel to visually guide you through the cooking process for these recipes, as well as on my Instagram feed.
Being Thankful
What are you thankful for? I’m so thankful that I have flexibility in my work schedule so I can watch Baby J grow and spend time with her. I’m thankful to have an incredible business that allows me to do what I love and make these yummy recipes for you! And I’m thankful to be home permanently in Atlanta with my family for the holidays for the second year in a row. Of course there is so much to be thankful for, but I feel especially thankful this time of year.
I’ll be hosting Thanksgiving dinner again this year for my closest friends and family. Baby J loves to see her grandma and Nana, and seeing her grow up amongst them is so special to me.
