Vegan Adventure in Miami {VIDEO}

Miami was so good to me! The vegan scene there is amazing, and growing. I was invited to speak at the 2016 Seed Food & Wine festival, and I’m so glad I said yes. I stayed at the beautiful Palms Hotel & Spa in comfy room overlooking Miami Beach with views of the sunrise each day. It was such a treat to soak up the Miami sunshine, walk on the beach, and go for a swim…in November! Keep reading to learn more about my vegan adventure in Miami.

I cannot wait to return to Miami to visit all of their exciting vegan restaurants. Since I was only there for 3 days I didn’t have any time to explore restaurants (ex. Choices, Della Bowls, Plant Food & Wine). And if you know of any Cuban and Haitian vegan restaurants PLEASE let a sistah know. Plus the new Helene Henderson’s Malibu Farm Miami will be opening up in the Nobu Eden Roc Hotel soon. Yay!! I’m already planning my meals for my next visit to Miami 🙂
