A Christmas Story looping on TV, the smell of fresh brewed coffee and something warm and sweet wafting down the hall from the kitchen, and a serene stillness outside; it’s so quiet you can almost hear the snow falling. It must be Christmas morning! And that smell? A delightful vegan Christmas breakfast.

Baby J is at that age where she can really start to enjoy and appreciate the holidays. The only thing that would make Christmas morning more perfect is snow in Atlanta! I love Christmas mornings because they’re reminiscent of childhood, but also because I get to see the joy in my daughter’s eyes as the tree lights reflect from them.

Another thing I love about Christmas morning is how cozy it is. The sweet foods, warm drinks, the tree aglow, and movies on the TV. It might just be my favorite morning of the year!

Start your morning with this delicious matcha oat milk latte. It’ll give you the caffeine you need to get through the day without the coffee jitters.

I like to prep some of my breakfast foods the day before so that my daughter and I can just relax and enjoy time with family. These Christmas morning goodies are great for making ahead of time and popping in the oven in the morning.
